What happens when I request a code?
When you request a personal discount code for yourself and your community, the Publisher Support team will contact the advertiser directly on your behalf. The advertiser then has 48 hours on business days to respond to the request.
The advertiser or brand can respond in the following ways:
- Yes – The discount code will be created for you, and you’ll be notified.
- Yes, but – The advertiser cannot provide your requested code or discount amount but will suggest an alternative.
- No – The Publisher Support team will inform you that the advertiser has declined your request.
If the advertiser doesn’t respond within the specified timeframe, the Publisher Support team will contact a similar advertiser or brand and provide you with this alternative. However, this happens very rarely.

Welche Rabatthöhe sollte ich anfragen, damit ich einen Gutscheincode erhalte?

Why are general codes higher than personal codes?
This is because general codes are only valid for a limited time. In contrast, your personal code is valid indefinitely and comes without any restrictions.
Can I trust that my link will be created correctly for me?
