🌿 Immunliebe: A blend of olive leaves, nettle, rosemary, elderberries, lemon peel, oregano flowers, and ginger. Bold, aromatic, and full of flavor – the most intense of the three blends.
🌸 Schlafliebe: A blend of olive leaves, valerian root, passionflower, hops, lemon balm, and chamomile. Delicately floral and mild – the gentlest of the three blends.
If you're trying olive leaf tea for the first time, start with the pure version. Its subtle bitterness is what gives the leaf its distinctive character. How to Brew the Perfect Cup:
🍵 Use one heaped teaspoon per 250 ml of water
🍵 Heat water to around 80°C – avoid boiling water
🍵 Let steep for 5–7 minutes
