A publisher is violating the rules – what can I do?

The easiest way to report publisher violations is by emailing support@selecdoo.com— ideally with screenshots and links as evidence.

selecdoo will then review the case and inform you of the outcome.

Response time depends on your selected service level:
• With Premium SLA, you'll receive a reply within 24 hours on business days.
• With Standard SLA, the response time is up to 72 hours on business days.
