At selecdoo, your account can be terminated either ordinarily or extraordinarily. An ordinary termination is possible with a notice period of three months to the end of a quarter. The right to extraordinary termination remains reserved, particularly in cases of breaches of essential contractual obligations, such as those outlined in Section 7 of the selecdoo Terms and Conditions.

Terminations must be made in text form. However, notification of access deactivation can be made informally. Once the contract ends, access to the selecdoo platform will be deactivated, and selecdoo is entitled to permanently close the account. Deactivation may also occur if no program has been operated for a period of three months or if the initial credit has not been used within six months.

After deactivation, selecdoo will issue a final statement regarding any remaining balance. In individual cases, this may be processed according to separately agreed payment terms. This ensures that all financial and contractual matters are concluded transparently and properly.
