Yes. A commission for a publisher is only generated if a click has occurred beforehand or if a customer actively redeems a publisher’s coupon during purchase.

Every commission is linked to an Order ID, which you can find in your selecdoo account under the revenue overview.

Here’s how to check:

1. Log in to your selecdoo account: https://selecdoo.com/login-advertiser using your email and password.
2. Click on Sales in the menu.
3. Then click on Commissions.

The Order ID and net shopping cart value are transmitted from your shop system to selecdoo—never the other way around.
This ensures that commissions are completely secure.
