Can I deposit more than €500 in prepayment?

Yes, the prepayment amount can be increased beyond €500 in increments of €500—
for example, to €1,000, €1,500, or €3,000.

The warning threshold is always set at 30% of the deposited amount:
• At €500 → warning at €150
• At €1,000 → warning at €300
• At €3,000 → warning at €600

The higher your prepayment, the earlier the system notifies you.
A larger prepayment also reduces the number of invoices and lowers accounting workload—saving both time and potentially costs.
