Usually, no.
Publishers are not required to inform selecdoo or the advertiser when or where they post a deal or promotion. A publisher operates purely on a commission basis.

This is advantageous for you as an advertiser, but it also means the publisher has no obligation to ask for permission before promoting you.

When would a publisher be obligated?
Only if they’ve received a fixed budget for a clearly defined service.
