I’m changing my bank details—what should I do?
At selecdoo, updating bank details is a two-step process to assign payouts correctly and prevent misuse.
Process:
- Log in to your selecdoo account as a Publisher and enter your new bank details in the payments/billing section.
- Send an email to noting that you’ve changed your bank details.
Recommended information in the email:
- Publisher ID and registered email address
- Company name or account holder
- New IBAN and (if available) BIC
- Optional: the date from which the change should apply
Notes:
- Updating your selecdoo account provides the technical basis for future payouts.
- The email helps match and verify your changes.
- Changes affect subsequent payouts; processes already initiated may remain unchanged.
