Do I receive newsletters as a shop?

selecdoo does not send regular newsletters to shops. Newsletters are only sent when there is an update that affects all connected shops — such as important changes, new strategies, or events.

All other communication is specific to you as a shop owner and your individual partner program. These are sent either as automated system emails, directly from a support team member, or as agent messages.
