For Advertisers:
The support you get depends on your chosen Service Level Agreement.
- Standard Support: handled via the selecdoo Help Center by email within 72 business hours.
- Premium Support: response time is max. 24 hours. Plus, you can contact your Success Manager directly via email and even schedule a callback—something not available in Standard Support.
The Premium Support Level costs €475 net per month with a minimum term of 6 months.
