At selecdoo, punctuality stands for reliability and appreciation of shared time.

Every scheduled appointment is binding and blocks a time slot that could otherwise be used by other Advertisers for their success.

For this reason, selecdoo will wait a maximum of five (5) minutes if someone arrives late.

Before each appointment, three automatic reminders are sent. After these reminders, no further notifications will be issued.

If a scheduled call or Google Meet is not canceled in time (at least one hour in advance) or is missed, the appointment will be considered unattended.

In this case, a no-show fee of €175 (net) will be charged.

This ensures that selecdoo collaborates exclusively with committed and reliable partners and Advertisers to guarantee a professional and efficient exchange.
