Is there phone support available for publishers?

selecdoo does not offer general phone support for publishers. Instead, support is provided through various digital channels such as email, the Help Center, the FAQ page, and the WhatsApp AI assistant – ensuring that questions are answered quickly and efficiently.

There is one exception: Premium publishers. Once a monthly commission volume of €25,000 is reached, a personal key account manager is assigned. This contact is also available by phone and supports the publisher with all key topics related to the selecdoo partner program.

All other publishers have access to a comprehensive self-service area, where most questions are already answered. In addition, support requests can be submitted via email at any time.

This ensures that every publisher – from beginner to top performer – gets the support they need.
