If invoices remain unpaid despite reminders and there’s no response to the selecdoo support team, a clear three-step reminder process takes effect.

• Starting with the second reminder, the account will be suspended.
• At the third reminder stage, selecdoo informs all Publishers that the outstanding invoices are putting commission payments at risk.
• After that, legal action follows, including possible lawsuits and reports to credit agencies such as Creditreform.
