The threshold is an automatic trigger that determines when your account balance gets topped up.

As soon as your prepayment balance drops below this value, a new invoice is issued automatically – keeping your account running smoothly without any manual action on your part.

How is the threshold calculated?

The threshold is always 30% of your loaded prepayment. Here's what that looks like in practice:

• Prepayment €500 → Threshold at €150
• Prepayment €1,000 → Threshold at €300
• Prepayment €2,000 → Threshold at €600

Once your balance falls below this amount, you'll automatically receive a new invoice to reload your account.
