There are several reasons why an affiliate commission at selecdoo may not have been paid out yet:

• No commission earned: If there are no valid sales or leads, there’s nothing to pay out.
• Incomplete profile: Missing tax number or bank details will prevent a payout.
• Minimum payout threshold not reached: If your commission is below your set minimum payout amount, selecdoo will wait until it’s exceeded.
• Security reasons: In very rare cases, payouts may be withheld due to a serious violation.

Important:
Once a payout cycle begins, it runs for all publishers at once. Individual payouts cannot be expedited or triggered manually. If you haven’t received a payout, you’ll need to wait until the next payout period.

Tip:
Check your profile around the 25th of each month to make sure everything is complete and up to date. That way, you can be sure your commission will be paid between the 1st and 5th of the following month.
