To understand exactly how your pre-payment is used or allocated, simply log in to your selecdoo account. In your invoice overview, you’ll find the following details:

• the net amount
• the invoice number
• the internal invoice number (you can ignore this)
• a button that breaks down the exact usage

To find this breakdown button, just follow the steps below.

1. Log in to your selecdoo account and click the icon highlighted in the screenshot.

2. Click on the last tab (“Accounting”).

3. Now click the “percent icon” next to the invoice you want to review.

You’ll now be taken to an overview. This is your personalized report generated by the selecdoo system, showing all transactions allocated to the corresponding invoice.
