What's Inside the Weekly Report?
The report summarises the most important metrics for your shop in one compact overview. You'll see:

When Does the Report Arrive – and What Data Does It Cover?
The report is delivered once a week, every Monday. It covers the period from Monday to Sunday of the previous week. Due to technical processing times, a delay of 12–24 hours may occasionally occur. Minor deviations of approx. 2–5 % are system-related – for example due to time zone differences or tracking latencies – and are absolutely standard practice across the affiliate industry.
What If No Report Arrives?
No email means: no sales were generated via Selecdoo in the previous week. Sending a report full of zeros wouldn't be particularly helpful – so we deliberately skip it in that case. As soon as your partners start generating sales again, your report will be back automatically.
