½ small watermelon · 150 g feta · mint · 1 lime · 3 tbsp olive oil · salt

Cut the watermelon into cubes, crumble the feta on top, and finish with mint, lime juice, and olive oil. Add a pinch of salt – done! Tip: Chill for another 10 minutes before serving.

2️⃣ Cold Cucumber Yogurt Soup
500 g plain yogurt · 1 cucumber · 1 garlic clove · mint · approx. 100 ml ice water · salt · 2 tbsp olive oil

Finely grate the cucumber and mix with the yogurt, garlic, and mint. Season with ice water and salt to taste. Drizzle the olive oil over the top at the very end – this keeps its flavor beautifully prominent.
