Why was my selecdoo Advertiser account suspended?

At selecdoo, an account is usually suspended when the Prepayment balance drops into the negative. As soon as a negative balance occurs, a new invoice is issued promptly. In addition to the regular amount, it includes a negative balance adjustment to compensate for the deficit.

A one-time dip into the negative is not critical. If it happens repeatedly, an increase of the Prepayment is required to prevent further suspensions. The next Prepayment level is calculated by adding 500 euros to the current Prepayment. This model ensures sufficient liquidity for ongoing transactions.

Examples:

  • Current Prepayment 500 euros → new level 1000 euros
  • Current Prepayment 1500 euros → new level 2000 euros

By increasing the Prepayment, program delivery remains stable and billing can continue without interruption.
